Yes it's true. We had COD4 once (barely got enough teams to hold the tournament). We also did try it again couple years ago but we didn't have enough teams participating so it wasn't held.
Also one reason is the fact that people from COD2 scene asked us if we will provide prices and the venue if they take care of the organizing of the tournament. <-- No reason to say NO to that :)
