Transports: Taxi (Fotaxi) inside Vác.
Cost: Around 50-60 Euros for the Whole team from the Airport the to area of the LAN
A bus will go to the Airport around 17:00 CET to Pick up the teams who came late and will bring them to the LAN.
Or there is a cheaper way, a Taxi brings you to any big Stadiums of Budapest and there are buses. Taxi would cost like 20-30 euros and the Bus ticket is 1euro.

Accomodation: Can be rent from us.
Cost: 25-30 Euros per Day per Person

Spectator ticket: 10 euros / 3 Days and 5 euros for 1 Day only.
Raffle: Just for Spectators, date: 2012 April 7, 18:00 CET
There will be an exhibtion also on the area of the LAN. People can buy hardware also on the LAN. There will be 1v1 Fight with prizes by Pixel in several games. There will be matches on the Stage, probably the Semi-Finals and the Grand-Final. Other teams players can only enter the room between matches in breaks.

Stage Matches will be played on Alienware PCs and Alienware Monitors

UPDATE
From now, teams must register on ESF and make a team with all the members which will attend.
Email sending is not necessary from now, only the Teams on ESF site has to correctly filled(names, members,contact details).
The fields for the additional information will be available soon, you can fill the About field with the information until.
Teams which has already signed up by email and has a team on ESF site, will be moved by us(by ESF), so doesn't need to make a new team. Of course teams which doesn't have created team MUST create a team on the site.

UPDATE:
Payment system has been changed. Teams can pre-pay via paypal or bank transfer (details can be asked from the ESF and DYL admins) 110 Euros (100 euros pre-money, 10 euros Paypal fee). The rest of the entrance must be paid at the Venue in this case. You cannot enter the Venue without paying out the full entrance fee. The amount of entrance fee (paying periods) depends on, when the money arrives.
To make it clear:
If you send the 110 euros in the first period ( 15 December 2011 - 29 February 2012) and it arrives before the period end deadline, you have to pay another 200 euros a the Venue.
If you pay in the second period, you have to pay 250 euros at the Venue.

BUT ALSO YOU CAN PAY THE WHOLE ENTRANCE FEE AND THEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING AT THE VENUE
