my specs:
AMD PHENOM 2 X4 955 3.2GHZ
4GB RAM
CORSAIR 500W somthn
GTX460
i cant get 250 fps wtf is this shit \:
i used to play with 250 steady, but now i cant get 250 i play only on 125 and even less on backlot and crossfire
when i set maxfps to 250 im getting 250 for a few minutes(like 5) and then it starts to drop very quick, up and down etc and those fps drops makes the game run very bad S:

all drivers are up to date.
the pc is new, more than 6 months
it happens when game running more then 125 fps, so any clue?

Check if the CPU fan is working properly.
it was always like that(the temps when ingame)
try using lower graphics if possible too.
and graphics all on low and 800x600 p:
i wish the promod could enable r_picmip 3 and r_fullbright
I also have a 6790DD

Isuggest you clean it up because at that temp you wont have your cpu for much longer.
