have a read through spec sheet>give your thoughts as to whether it's any good-(not strictly for gaming obviously just as a all round sort of job)

there's another couple of sony's in that price range and obviously hun'ers more so if you want to be really helpful, and i mean reeaally-you might not all be up to this judging from other threads-you could have a look around and post the top specced/best-looking laptop for the same-ish sort of price as the one at the other end of the link above.

right, erm looks pretty niiace, but waay off budget for me i'm afraid. even the lower spec option
