just got the pc350's this week, the sound quality is sick compared to the other ones ive owned (fatality and the medusa nx 5.1) so id go for the 350's. They are expensive but really worth it!
I have the g35, and on CiC7 I was using both the Siberia and the Pc350's and I have to say I prefer the PC350's to either of those headsets. The siberias are pretty sick with the usb soundcard however.
Well, from experience I would say a headset is headset, If your going to buy to buy one, make sure you get one that doesnt break easily as usually nowadays headsets arent that cheap in the market.
I personally have a Siberia at the moment, before that I had a Razer baracuda and another one which I forgot the name to, anyways they broke easily after 5 months ish, siberia has lasted me 2 years now and god knows howmany punches this thing has taken over the years, its-just-simply-a-beast..
Remember, it only costs like £40 ish aswell. PC350 costs shit loads of money for just a headset.. Just think about it, What if you buy the PC350 and it breaks ;)

O yeah im not saying it wont break, it will eventually but lets put it this way, If your Siberia breaks you'd loose ALOT less money than if your PC350 breaks..
I got both of them (Steelseries 5H v2 USB and PC350); Pc350 is way better imo, especially concerning the manufacture. Apart from that, im planning to buy new headphones... does any1 use the Beyerdynamic Dt 990 Pro?
Personnally, i did not test them. But if i would go for the PC350, it's because i'm using the Siberia and the micro is fucking annoying, the sound is good but i have a preference for seinnheser. Sure, i've tested one (PC151).
What you need to consider is what you already have, if you have a good soundcard dont waste it and buy the 350's if you dont and want to save money buy the V2's bare in mind that the 350's will have its bonuses, even if its not knoticable on COD or what ever other game you will play

I think that the virtual sound which Siberia V2 + usb soundcard produce can't be compared to PC350 + a 'decent soundcard'.
Atm I have Sennheiser HD555 and X-Fi XtremeMusic soundcard which are both decent but the virtual surround sound what my soundcard is capable of (CMSS-3D) is just awful.
So on topic: I'd say if u want quality surround sound - go for Siberia V2 USB; otherwise - PC350
So I have used both headsets for a couple of months of time. I would go for the PC350, it has a much better sound and sits a lot more comfortable on your head.
So what i can read out of this thread is that this one is the best choice, coz I'm still stuck with the fatal1ty and I'm in need of a new and better one.

u can get 7.1 on siberia with usb soundcard which is sick
