maybe there is a short in the mobo. iv had a similar problem before and there was shorts in the mobo. check if something could be shorting anything. the problem i had before was that the backplate for my cpu block was touching the back of my mobo which led to causing shorts. try look for something similar. maybe something is touching the case or a backplate.
