gpu problems

so last few days my cooler of my gpu is doing crazy stuff..
the cooler working for some seconds and then going off in some seconds..
so then it gets to warm and it shutt off my pc.
now i have a small ventilator on it so its on 52 while the rest is below the 40/30
somebody can help me what to do or what programs i can use to get it working again?
