Hello everyone from zero Empathy.

We are proud to announce a 3rd Call Of Duty 4 CUP, Called zeroEmpathy Winter CUP. We wish you best of fragging and see you at the cup.

Date of the cup: 12.1.2012
CheckIN time: 18.00 GMT / 19.00 CET
Brackets: 18.45 GMT / 19.45 CET
Start time: 19.00 GMT / 20.00 CET
Maps: mp_crash, mp_strike, mp_citystreets, mp_crossfire, mp_backlot
Maps elimination: VETO (4 maps eliminated in total, the one remaining is played)
Finals: BO3 (1st and 2nd map are team choices, meaning, you pick the map you love, 3rd map is VETO)
Admins: Cerberus (xfire: slocerberus) and Elk (xfire: diamasthebest)
IRC channel: #zero-empathy

ANTICHEAT RULES:
1. TZAC MANDATORY
2. Check if everyone is on TZAC with command /ac_players
3. If someone is missing from TZAC, conctact admins and provide us with the screenshot of /ac_players
4. In case of conflict, team captain is required to provide TZAC account links.
5. MAX 2 DEMOS can be requested.
6. In case you suspect enemy team of cheating, you can call a timeout and request admin assistance. He will then watch the player you suspect of cheating.

Demo rules:
1. ALL players are required to record demos at all times
2. MAX 2 DEMOS can be requested per match by a team
3. The players have MAX 5 minutes to upload the demo to a website so that they can download it
4. Players have MAX 10min to watch the demo and make their mind up if someone was hacking or no.
5. Make TIMESTAMPS of the rounds you suspected them of hacking
6. Admin will watch the demo according to your timestamps and make judgement accordingly.

Timeout rules:
1. 2 timeouts per team (1 timeout per side (atack 1 timeout, defence 1 timeout)
2. Max wait time during the halftime is 5min.

Server settings:
1. PB ON
2. g_gametype SD
3. promod_mode match_mr12_knife

Gameplay rules:
1. No shows will be added 15 min after the cup start time.
2. If you end up playing a draw, you then play mr3 knife for side(promod_mode match_mr3_knife)
3. Screenshots of the final results are required in case of a conflict
