summer holiday

me and about 8 mates are wanting to go on a summer holiday to somewhere in central europe, we've already done the sun holiday thing when we went to marmaris last year so a city break is what were after...
obviously places like barcelona/amsterdam/berlin have been talked over but i want to know other places that will be a little more chilled out
main aim is just to get away for a bit, after exams so need to let off some steam. get pissed etc etc.
prague and bruges sounds tempting because i would quite like to see the sights as well as just going out on the night.
my 1st choice was amsterdam for obvious reasons so im wondering how easy it is to get the same stuff in amsterdam in other cities like prague/bruges/berlin etc etc
dont want to be spending loads of money but i dont want to stay in a hostel..
if any of you live/been to places like this tell me how realistically we should spend and what to expect. ta. x

Krakow and Bulgaria have got strip clubs everywhere, brothels everywhere, boozers everywhere. That's what you're after.

Prague is a decent shout as well getting abit pricer though.
edit :btw hostels are sick, u meet loads of cool people but u do also meet loads of weirdos. If u go to amsterdam stay in a hostel (but not a christian 1' the experience is awesome.
