CSS +3 LATE NITE MIXTEAM

basically setting up a team in css that can play AFTER 10 on weekdays and maybe even on weekends.As a cod4 player i train with my team on weekdays from 5 till 10. and my channel goes pretty dead after that.anyway i can get us a server. already have a ts.and would like to take the mixteam PRETTY serious to.not just fuking about.proper gameplay and maybe even develop into a team.atm i have myself and another cod4 EX css player lined up
what i need.
be competitive
be skilled to some extent
be active AFTER ten :P
and speak fluent english
lans is a possibility so id like uk players or players who can attend lans....in the uk and europe.
