its gunna be in open beta within a month, but that's valve time so it's likely it will be by about march, and the finished game be released in early 2014. This is all judged by valve time.
Public beta has been announced for a while. But not even in a given time frame. So for all we know it could be a few weeks before release. Which is still at least 3 months away
