Hope this is good as much as I've hardly ever played other CS games it would be good to have a good game to play. Because lets be honest, COD4 is fucking dog.

I am a 1.6 player at heart, but I would still be up for giving this a go. Atleast they are attempting to make a serious 5v5 competitive FPS, and have the budget to really see it through.

CS:GO isn't a replacement for CSS. It is going to be mainly aimed at the console market (Xbox and PS3) as a download (like bf1943 etc)
They have promised to continue support for CSS throughout the development of GO and we have nothing to worry about. Gabe is coming by today and will have more of a detailed discussion then.
