Promod Mw3 1.1

Here is the mod Promod 1.1 MW3.

I have all the files etc. Addon files + mw3.dll
I want to start the server , but i dont know how to start it with promod.

Can someone explain me this?

	Mod tools were never released, so I don't know how it could have been done otherwise. As far as I know, the console in MW3 is not even viewable.

	I joined today server , saw pings etc , switching sides etc

	yeh and steam will ban you cus its illegal
