MW3 esports mod, that is like a promod for mw3,

-fps 100
-no smokes, no fog, no dust, no snow, no rain
-new scoreboard+ping
-filmtweaks
-less sound noice
-no more lag compensation
-r_lodscalerigid 1
-smaller icons(defend, bomb, protect)
-smaller players icons in radar
-less details in the map
-no more shadows
more updates comming soon.
all that made without modtools.

having said that, mw3 has enough interest to develop a huge community based on search statistics from other sites. But then again, I also think moving onto another game is a wrong idea, and the cod community do well in sticking to one game (but we all know it's because other games weren't viable enough)
What you really need is an organization who can provide a cod series with the right professional league and the right marketing and promotion (and whilst cybergamer is doing its best, its still far too amateur to make a dent)
COD4 does not have enough financial backing to make the game big. If some how there was a massive inject of money into this game, sponsers and other big organisations would be intrested in making this game good!
