Why I Hate NA Promod

i'm a north american player, yet i AVOID NA servers/mixes/teams simply because the NA version of promod is silly. The radar and use of it is a large part of the game, and a player used to having red dots appear on their radar when enemies shoot their guns is at a major disadvantage when playing in an NA server. I am more comfortable playing at 125++ ping on an eu server than playing at 50 ping on an NA server, simply because the radar issue. Thoughts? anyone know WHY the NA version is like this? its silly.
