Sony Vegas [&] FRAPS!

How do I get my sony vegas 11 too the old style like this?! I need too copy these settings and get the tint the exact same but I can with the new layout!

Also, saves me making a new thread.. I record with fraps and I set my fraps to 20fps (guna convert it too 200) and in the top left it goes too 50 even when ive ticked the 'lockframe rate'

How do I get it too stay at 20
