Its not that we dont wanna go but you need 5 to attend not 2 or 3
and to reply on rubenswaa cic7 costed TLR like 700/800 euros aswell and we are going to the party in 3 weeks we all had new headsets + mousepads the week before cic7 so i think they give us enough.
Being generous and taking the route Amsterdam - Copenhagen (which would be one of the longer trips from NL) it would take about 9 hours according to Google Maps.
(This is using the A1 in GER, one of the biggest highways.)
