<jackass alert>
Sorry, the map is terrible. It's an uninspired layout which is basically four streets with a little uh... backyard in between them. There's a shitload of way-too-tiny buildings that don't do anything whatsoever except make it so that if someone doesn't want to be found, you're not going to find him. It's a little more complex than fy_iceworld in terms of layout and gameplay, but only a very little bit.
Seems like someone wanted to practice working on building architecture more than anything. :/ Protip: Make buildings bigger, limit the amount of single-person chokepoints there are. Crash has chokes in A-site building but that's for a reason.
edit:
A little more about internal building scale: There's a reason that all the good mp maps in FPS games from 'realistic' settings are a little on the large side. It's a consideration of gameplay > scale. Even Crash A-site which is supposed to be some sort of diner has the tables/chairs propped up against the sides of 2nd floor to make room.
I guess you could arguably get away with more compact single-person choke points in an SP map - MW2's office areas do this pretty well, but in mp it's a huge problem.
2nd edit:
Just so I feel a little less guilty, there -are- a lot of good/great architectural ideas in the map if you ignore the choke area problems... it just sorta doesn't come together as a whole all that well. :(
