Cod4 problem with gfx card?

Hello , be4 4-3 days i opened a thread about my monitor problem.
After one day the game worked for me and than the next day it didnt worked..

Ive tryed Reset the system few times backwards and re-insall and everything.
Even thought CoD2 and CSS / CS1.6 working realy well.

Any Ideas?
