Call Of Duty 4 - Streaming a Game

Hi!
Guys, here's the deal. Supposed someone gathers a few teams to make a small tournament. And suppose that they want to have a website with a video stream of the games played.
We already have the hardware for the website, a good dedicated server with enough uplink connection. What is missing is the know-how to make the stream. Like, which hardware or software is needed for that? I know how to work with Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3, but the problem is that it requires a video capture device, like a webcamera or something.
Ofc that doesnt offer good quality compared to h2ktv or quadv. So, whats the trick?
Hope to get some good advice here!
Thanks :)
(My problem is really the video capture device)

500kbps limit on free accounts. Has game capture built in.
Downside : Quality isn`t H2ktv quality
Possible kicking by punkbuster, on COD4 it used to kick, if it still does I don`t know.
768k-1.5Mb upstream required otherwise you get buffering and jerking issue on 512k or less + quality suffers.
