Question about MGC !

I was looking for a long time on many MGCs websites and i just didnt find MGC with CoD2 division.
I know its becouse CoD2 scene is almost dead.
Anyway... My team is looking for gaming which can support us on next LAN PARTIES.
Can u give (if u know) examples of MGC where is chance for that ?
