as for team mamut.si: I have spoken to a few members (including tekken) and I have decided to let them play for a couple of reasons. First of all I know some of their members very well and I know they would not knowingly play with a hacker. Despite accusations there is no proof of them cheating recently, and apart from one player being questionable there is no reason to doubt the rest of the team. After all this cup is mainly aimed to have fun and at the moment I feel like there are not enough reasons to deny them the chance to prove themselves.
as for EXPERT: I have played against them various times, and even though we actually banned one of their players I have no reason to be sure the others are not clean. But they will be strictly monitored because I have to admit we are not a 100% sure they are clean. But just as with the mamut.si case I feel like there is not enough proof to deny them to opportunity to prove themselves.
Just because we approve teams doesn't mean we trust them a 100 percent, we will keep a close eye on some teams and strict measures will be taken if they disappoint us.
Finally I want to urge everyone to give every team a fair chance and to approach other teams with an open mind, the cod2 community is getting to small to simply ban people without giving them a chance.
If you still have questions you can post them here or PM me on this website.
I want to add(like pg5 said) that those teams being allowed to play is no reason not to sign up. I am well aware of the accusations made toward both teams and we will keep an eye on them.
If teams cheat they get kicked and lose their money, which only means more prize money for the rest of the teams. I really doubt that will be necessary though, anyway you don't need to worry. Like pg5 said it is not so hard to spot 'dodgy' players who suddenly play amazing in a cup with money.

yup
Teams with known (ex-)hackers
Team iNFINITE - Savy admitted it on EC forums. One of their ex-players got busted?
Team Mamut.si - tekken will cheat in the cup, because he keeps getting away with it, so why not?
Pulverize Massacre Every Race and Species - Matje is apparently an admitted ex-hacker.
EXPERT-ESPORTS - Palad1n is a suspected hacker. These guys play with sntekxz (sp?) a lot, who is 100% a hacker. They deny it, which makes them suspect. He's probably one of the guys I've never heard of in their LU, just with a different name.
RAANAARA TEAM - Had 2-3 players banned in EC. wAylander is 100% returned and is in their LU. Pretty sure 3-4 of them toggle last I played.
Teams with suspected (ex-)hackers
phenomenal - Smashval is one of the most accused players around
Five - Rumor is stylee hasn't always been legit. $pyyyY is returned, though he claims it was for abuse.
incardia - Some shanaigans with demos they refuse to upload, they get accused quite a bit.
RISICO GAMING - I've heard quite a few accusations.
critical - They get demo'ed up a lot, since they came from nowhere and started rolling kids.
xRAGE - Same as critical.
Teams who I've never heard of
unSTOPpable
NecroRaisers
Pitbulls
aRtifex
THI Multigaming
Versus Might Multigaming
Teams who are almost certianly legit
team ephix
Fact is, unless you're ephix or one of unknown teams who happen to have some decent history then you're really just the pot calling the kettle black. Particularly so, if you're one of those 5 hacker teams you should really keep your mouth shut. Assume everyone is playing fair, and deal with any issues as they come.
Though I'd suggest since money is on the line, that everyone should be required to upload every demo after the match. :)
P.S. I'm not saying that all those suspected teams cheat, just pointing out that everyone accuses everyone. Even I get a bit whiny sometimes, and it's wrong. Unless you got proof, they're just better than you. :P

As for the kids I've never heard of, that's not an insult. I'm sure just as many of them are thinking "who the fuck is this allan kid?", so don't sweat the details.

Also, feel free to signup without worry that anyone will hack you. =)

If you mean Jango aka Husar, he was on the account only to play one mix match , as we were missing a player. Had no idea he was a hacker previously, as he has been playing the game for ages. Unfortunately, he got banned while still on the account. He was never part of the team.
As for Savy, you know that I was the one to give him the most shit on CB about his past and the one whom he had admitted it to. However, as you know, he claims that he is clean for some time now and wants to prove everyone wrong by attending the Prague lan with us. We have decided to give him a chance to do this, let's all see how he does.
You know we were and always will be a clean team.
pay up asap
Blah Blah Blah
You know we were and always will be a clean team.
The point isn't that it's my personal opinion of you, just that the opinion exists, and I find it fairly hypocritical to throw stones when you live in a glass house.
For the record:
Teams with suspected (ex-)hackers
Watch and Learn - Carried by a dodgy cunt with a girls name
Whilst I debate the fact we were carried, and that Skeir was cheating, two facts remain; It was popular opinion, and Skeir admitted to being an ex-hacker to us, though by his account it was "2 weeks, public servers, yeas ago". I watched pretty much every demo Skeir was accused in, but that doesn't change the facts.
So lets update the record:
Teams with known (ex-)hackers
Watch and Learn - Skeir admitted to cheated in the past.
I think that does a massive disservice to allan, wolv, markb, and phonic9, but thats how it is. :)

You can still sign up your team by clicking esportfineness.com/competitions/subscribe?id=44. If you can play, we will sent you an email with tutorial how to pay an entrance fee.
I got banned for which is explained here w.tek-9.org/forum/call_of_duty_series-46/call_of_duty_2-35/matje_banned-9768.html?page=2
Only during the time I was banned (6 months) I hacked for like 2 times in a public server. Never at a cb/cup etc match like ur ex-mate skeir who was acting like a fucking bastard with his whine every match and won like 90 percent of ur matches with his unzomath shots. I like almost every known player is timestamped on cb but never I was founded not clean cause I was in it:). I cant talk my actions right but ur writing it on a way that it seems that I hacked on cb all that time. I cant talk my actions right even it was in a pub during my ban on cb.
Also u can read at that topic which is now 36 months ago that people say: I knew it!! While I got banned for a wallhack number cause I tested my hacks on it. PB hasnt been updated for cod2 for like 4/5 years. So those people for who are saying this are mentally retarded.

The point I was trying to make is that if you look deep enough, you'll find almost every team, or even player, has some allegedly sordid past that may or may not be based in some sort of facts. Myself, I've been accused many a time, and I find it ludicrous to suggest that other people are cheating based on conjecture and rumor.
So you've just been accused of cheating, and in order to defend yourself you try to bring someone else down with you. Do you not see the hypocrisy that is on display? Mud sticks, and for the most part that's all you're doing - throwing mud.
For the record, we were winning most of our games before we recruited Skeir. He was a good player for us, sure, and was accused a fair few times like the rest of us, but already stated that I watched many of his demos and there was simply no legitimate reason to suspect him. To further support this, we managed to win EC after he left, so your suggesting we were carried by a cheater is ridiculous.
TL;DR - Stop accusing people unless you have solid proof, dicks.
P.S. I wasn't actually accusing anyone, just pointing out what I thought was "popular opinion", and how much bullshit I think it actually is. For the fact of the matter, I think the entire will probably play legit.
