As mentioned in the past, TEK9 Networks is willing to arrange something for the Call of Duty 2 this summer community and that's why I am posting this thread.
I had a chat with dfb, and he told me that if there is enough interest for a Call of Duty 2 LAN, he will try to arrange something for us! the date for the LAN will be in the region of 17th - 19th of July as it is the weekend before Outpost On Fire 3. The LAN will be a non-BYOC LAN so all teams from all over the world would be able to participate in the competition. If there will be a minimum sign-up of 12 teams, the chance of a relative big amount of prize money will be high.
So this is a personal question comming from myself, please don't post bullshit in this topic and just say whether you and your team are interested or not, COD2 is still alive!
Immportant update
The final date has been set!
When? Friday 4th of September - Sunday 6th of September
Entrance Fee: Team registration costs 300 € for 5 players and one manager / extra player. Spectators can come for free but during games only 5+1 players can be present in the tournament area.
Prize money: A prize pot of €3000 has been guaranteed. If we reach the 16 teams, this will be increased to €4000. If we get even more teams, the prize pot will grow as well!
The sign ups will open in one week, two weeks maximum. If you need any more info, ask straight away or have a look on

i agree on this 1, alot of people will be away for the holiday, but if you do it just a bit before those from other countrys can skip school for 1 week, and those that want to go on holiday can still go
