You fucking retarded chimp, you realize that each of those frames that cameras IRL capture contain light information over a period of time (of an infinite number of 'frames') rather than a snapshot of one still image, right?
In CGI you get the same effect by dithering as many frames as practically possible into each of your frames in a 30fps or whatever output (in the case of 1000fps footage, 33.33 different images into each output frame of 30fps), and last I checked, 1000 was closer to infinity than 200.
But it's okay, you can still pretend to be smart on the internet talking about technology you don't actually understand.
