I saw this "effect" (you could call it) on a frag video i was watching.I'm not sure what it is, looks like maybe a mixture of cookie cutter effects or maybe part of pan/crop I don't know about but anyway does anyone know if the borders he uses are a part of Sony Vegas or possibly an image made in photo shop or something.
