Yo guys its early morning and I can't be arsed amsg'ing irc all day for the solution so I thought i'd make a topic so it'll be there all day for people to read. Anyway back on topic.
I'm currently following a tut on videocopilot to get the bearings of AE and I've noticed hes changed his composition settings to frame rate durationg instead of timecode duration.
Like this:

isn't it the other way around?
Because I am almost 100% sure andrew kramer uses second based durations and not frame based durations
edit:

he uses frame based durations, and explains how to. Go to where it displays the seconds, then do ctrl+left mouse button on the time, and it'll change to frame rates |

I assume you don't want the plug-ins? I need to know in time, or else I will remove them from my servers, I also got the full riot gear dvd on one of my servers + twitch |
