I downloaded Vacuums movie config and did some editing. Here's what I came up with.

Binds are as follows:
F1: Graphics stuff, like shadows texture settings, distortion.. Stuff like that. Press that for any map.
F2: Gets rid of bomb icons. Again, press on every map.
F3: Increases FOV scale, press on every map.
F4: Changes sunlight and colour scale settings for Crash.
F5: Changes settings for District
F6: Changes settings for Backlot
F7: Changes settings for Crossfire or Strike
F12: Press to toggle avidemo to 120 or 0.
-: Changes the timescale to 0.001.
=: Changes the timescale to 1.

Felt it looked better without. Easy to enable if you want it though.

Have a play around guys, the main settings I used were r_lighttweaksundirection, r_specularcolorscale, r_lighttweaksunlight and r_contrast.
EDIT: I am playing on an old CRT which is dying, so it might be darker for me than it is for you ^^

ha! I think this wouldnt be a good system here I think. Maybe for articles yes but not for forum posts, I smell abuse :D
However lemme see what you did there:
added the option the either have no sunlight at all (sense???)
or the option to make it look like the sun expanded to a red giant and our days will soon be over.
At thread starter: Check your 3d Settings (fences, grass)

I am not a fanboy but I want learn to make my movie cfg and my fragmovie I know some tricks but I have problems with some others tricks.
