somebody is playing this ?
i'm kinda noob in this game but when you play like map 4 in ctf you can crater very much and if you see some characters with the snowboard under their feet they don't crater but there are like flames under their feet and they just like fly how can you do this? and moving very fast in the lvl's like shooting by walls i tried myself but it didn't worked that well. thx

Quake 3 is almost 10 years old and it's still the same people playing for 10 years. This game is full of leet, it's kinda hard to start to play it at this time.
Anyway mouvements are the first things you need to master to play this game properly. There are a lof jumps like strafe jump, bunny jump, circle jump, rocket jumps... You can find good tutorials on youtube.
Then it depends what kind of game/mod you like to play but you need to learn the respawn time of items (red armor, weapons...) to get them as soon as you can.
After that you just need some aim and brain :)

Im playing Quake 3 Arena Freeze rail Instagib. Ouer clan is top 5 on Clanbase. Iv been playing for like 4-5 years now. :)
