Since carlisle is no longer working on promod

Can somebody fix the stupid issue of every single gun having a different sensitivity both zoomed and unzoomed?
1. All guns when zoomed out (just running around normally for the less informed) should have the same sensitivity when /sensitivity is set to "1".
2. When you then zoom in with "x gun", all other guns should have the same sensitivity as "x gun" when zoomed in.
3. The exception to the above is the sniper, which should probably be slower when zoomed in.
I am sure the promod developer can make this happen, and then add cg_zoom_sensitivity_ratio & cg_zoom_sensitivity_sniper_ratio cvars to change the sensitivities of the gun when zoomed in so everyone can find their "comfort zones"
At the moment i'm running around with my lovely little SMG and then i pick up a AK and my sensitivity is slower, or switch to my gold deagle and POW, its like i'm shooting on speed (slightly exaggerated).
Thanks,
nVc.

ye trivve, fix that.
IF you are going to do so, then make it toggleable, DONT force it, and set the default to whatever it is now

the sense on every gun is differnt.

I know and Im used to that, so dont start forcing stuff like this again (talking to everyone in general) Ive really had it with all these things getting forced that not everyone wants
As I said, if it gets added, make it toggleable between default and the new thing, and make it so its the same as promodlive, by default, so noobs who dont have a clue how to open promod menu dont start whining about their aim being weird

Agreed, if you can make it toggleable or something then great, if not just leave it alone.
You want call of duty to become a pro game when you speak about "has been played too long" - but you do not want completely pointless features being removed that actually probably deter players.
Go tell someone in quake or css about this feature, they'll laugh at it.
It's ages till MW2 and that is a perfectly good reason to fix it now (or have a cvar to toggle it for the kids who are scared that having the same sensitivity for every weapon is a bad thing) - it would take zero time to get used to.
It would be nice if "trivve?" could look into it.

I want my SMG to be faster than my AK, cus its for fucking close combat, I want to play with stuff im used to, I dont want to get forced on stuff someone else likes, and I dont..
Im not making u play on numpad keys either am I? Stop trying to force people to use stuff they DONT like
Well, I hope it does get fixed. Is this a problem with the mod or the game?

The scripting engine in CoD is so limited compared to that of Quake... they took out just about everything useful.
Don't expect it in MW2 either
Whats worse is that every gun has a very different zoomed fov, meaning a different sensitivity for every gun ^^

Sorry, but that is such an idiotic thing too say. Makes the game more random than it already is... and its not like its gonna really change much in you're game anyways.

I like it the way it is now, making it toggleable is ok, just dont force it on people, thats my point ;) and frankly, a lot of people seem to agree
