Inst the rule that that once u start to run u cant stop untill u kicked the ball, if it is ronaldo penalty shuld of been retaken, i know sum players do a slight slow down of movement then hit the ball, but ronaldo full on stopped

you can stop, you just can't go past the ball before taking it I think, and once you have touched the ball, somebody else has to touch it before you do again or it's a freekick. |
