I have a really annoying problem with recording ingame sound. Ive asked in many forums but noone has any solution.
Ok, so when i record sound from CoD Bf2 Cs or whatever the recorded sound goes faster than it should, and when i slow it down in vegas, audacity or any prog it just sounds bad and wrong.
Ive tried lots of different recording progs, some works better than others but still wrong speed...
Ive tried lots of different settings combinations but no change...
BUT, in F.E.A.R. and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. it works fine to record in right speed, dunno why !
I just want this to work so i can make movies !
PLZ help !! |

It does matter, because if you recorded at avidemo 60 and then rendered as 60fps in vdub, the clip wouldn't be fullspeed, its something stupid like 0.04 times slower, and although you may not notice anything when watching the clip, trying to sync sound to it will be very difficult because its not really the right speed.
Unfortunately for you, I don't know what could be causing the problem, as I record at 200fps and have not had any problems syncing sound as of yet. |

All I can think of, is getting someone to record some ingame sound for you, and see if that matches your footage. If not - perhaps its your footage that is playing up, not the sound. |

I know its the sound because if I fraps the sound goes faster and i can clearly hear it anyway |
