I get daily requests for the source code and/or alterations to it for use on public servers.
I am going to start making a public set of fun mods based on mods already available. I for one really enjoy playing on public servers with mods, for example: Zombies, Sniper only, Props, Jump. But to name a few. Problem is for competitive players like myself going to these servers is its a vast difference in fps and visuals. Fov being one of the most obvious.
Aswell as making the switch for competitive players moving over to public easier. It will introduce a lot of public players into Promod and hopefully the competitive aspect of the game.
Now I have stopped making comp mods, I can really spend time doing this (i hope :D) and carry on with things like the movie mod.
As most of you know my coding skills leave a lot to be desired. So don't expect much to quick. But just a bit of fun for myself and people who enjoy public games.
I am going to start with a sniper only mod, this will not take long so hopefully will get the ball rolling.
I will keep tek9 updated on different mods, as well as server IP's.
Help would be well appreciated, so add me on xfire - ryder897 (please state in the box thing why you are ading me).
This is just for fun, so serious bean flamers, if you arent interested go away. If you are interested and think you can help, go ahead! Let see if we can't make the game more fun in its last few months.

some ideas;
-thirdperson only mod (dont allow players to use firstperson, and maby add a crosshair)
-headshot only mod
or some fun mod that you got to kill 1 person, but u can only use deagles, that other person can use all weapons :}}

The rules:
One person on one team. He cannot damage the other team in any way, he can only run.
The other team has x amount of players, maybe 5. Think of it like "behind enemy lines" from COD1. However, this team can only knife. Once the person on the other team has been knifed, he gets outo switched onto the other team, and the person who knifed the player gets switched to the other team.
Play around with these values perhaps:
* One "mouse" per 5 "cats".
* Give the "mouse" a very slight running speed advantage, maybe 3% to try and force flanking and perhaps a bit of teamwork with teh cats.
* The "mouse's" position needs to be told to the "cats" every 5 or so seconds, to avoid camping.
* Any 'out of map' areas need to be blocked, say on backlot mid roof jump.
Opinions guys? Used to be a fun little mini game.
could be fun..
make it like enemy territory
small crosshair dot
remove iron sight
remove sprint animation, so you can shoot and sprint in same time, to strafe/dodge the enemy player to make it harder to get shot
hardly any recoil
increase health or decrease bullet damage
example:
3 shots in head = kill
6-8 shots in body = kill
12-15 shots in arms/feet = kill
this makes it more skilled without the random recouil, and it will take skill to make headshots
would be nice mod to train aim :))
= sickkk mod, cant wait gogogo
and if its gonna be a success, maby make diffrent classes like wolfenstein ET medic etc :p

I think an accuracy dm mod would be a good idea though.
Headshots worth 4 points, torso 2 points, hands feet 1 - and wasted bullets -1 or something, and letting your enemy regen if you hit him last for -1 or maybe shots against you count.
