Creatine doesnt break your bones rofl.
It creates the look of mass on the arms especially by shifting masses of water there, also helps you to bang out a few extra reps. Ive taken it and stopped because it used to give me headaches sometimes post workout. And whoever said you can get everything supplements give etc isnt entirely true. You do naturally acquire the materials in your body but the human body is naturally crap in keeping and efficiently using protein, therefor you need more if you want to heal faster. So protein shakes help between your rest periods.
My workout is
1st Day : Tri's + Chest
2nd Day : Cardio (Swim Cycle W/e)
3rd Day : Bi's + Shoulders
4th Day : Rest
5th Day : Core
6th Day : Legs
This obviously isnt set in stone as some days I cant be arsed or having something else to do |

Only reason i can see for it is to make yourself more appealing to the opposite sex, which is kind of shallow. |
Doesn't it make you feel better aswell? That's the effect sporting / working out has on me anyway. It's like the more you get into it, the more you feel you can push yourself just that little further. |
It releases endorphines in your brain that make you feel happy and generally 'good', much the same as, say, when a woman eats and really enjoys chocolate, or you play a sport you really enjoy.
There's also the fact you're keeping yourself physically maintained, and not wasting into a blubby gamer ;D |
I'm getting the feeling of cumming in the gym, cumming at home ... i'm cumming all the time. (c) Arnie |

what were u like before the 4 weeks? cause if that happens in 4 weeks that is pro lol |
Well,
I'll post a couple of pics up before i started gym.
I've been going to the gym for 1 year now, but i never really did any weights, i just ran on the treadmill, did a few situps and went back to work...
But since i brought the protein shake...i thoguth it pointless to take that and do no weight training, you'll just put on bad mass...so i started pumping the iron, setting targets...i stuck to the same weight all week, then upped it...week by week, incremental weight training, along with situps...and football twice a week....
But i give you #fat gamer once upon a time.... and pure skinny at I28 before gym....
1) a bit chubby here...not in comparison to Adz though lol...and D1ablo is a skinny dude anyway....
img222.imageshack.us/img222/625/iggc3.jpg
2) I28....i was quite skinny. no gym...i also wasnt eating any junk food...junk food = mega bad if u game hardcore and dont really exercise...hence why there are so many fat gamers...drinking pure redbull...best drink for lan is #water kaythanks.
img139.imageshack.us/img139/7619/igteamrq8.jp g
3) Again here, quite a large back....bit chubbzzz
img505.imageshack.us/img505/9963/progamersbc1 .jpg
4) ok, good example. you can see i was really chubby, arms, face etc...white tshirt on the right, next to Jaseyy in the navy blue
img139.imageshack.us/img139/7803/theaudienced uringfinaljc1.jpg
5) Fat face, fat arms...skinny diablo emphasises the fatness lol

6) lol this is the best picture i've got to show the weight
www.ugame.net/filestorage/galleries/52581/171 /normal/cYdHjwbm.jpg
So, all in all!
My advise & personal opinion....
Losing weight is easy, if you really eat right...when ur hungry, don't go grab a packet of crisps...have a chicken sandwich or something...or scrambled egg...quick and cheap...
Weight training really does pay off...the more muscle you've got, the more calories your burning....
Whey protein does aid, if you start off weight training, ur muscles tear easy and u hurt...the protein repairs and aids muscle growth....
Here is a couple more pictures after results if anyone is interested?

this 1 kinda emphasises the width of the chest since bench press, standard, decline and incline bench press.

if anyone is interested, im benching 75kg now on the flat 1...i struggled on 40 when i started.
and this 1 emphasies the shoulders ....their alot of great exercises the guys in the gym have hooked me up with to get more definition...i think it's paying off
