Pings usually 28-34 in London UK servers in game ... if not less.
Then on this a Manchester hosted server @ 43 ping when I live in Greater Manchester lol.
However I know shit all about inet speeds.

100mbit fibre optic, 12mb upload and download speed
That server is 15km away from me, but I get 3 or 4 ping at a server in Amsterdam (150km away or more) anyway
Anyway its not that great cus I get shitloads of packetloss to nearly every foreign server, i just 999 randomly, its mainly fast, thats it (even tho I do get sick pings on every server, it 999s me on most foreign ones so its kinda shit)
