hi lads i am having half life for a long time but actually never played cs 1.6. as far as i know cs is a free half life mode so can someone link me plizz to retail version (non steam). already tried to google but couldn't find it. an one more.can i play it with orginal hf cd key or need a new one.sozz for noob questions . |

you will need steam to be able to play cs 1.6, its counter-strike condition zero your looking for if you want to play singleplayer, but i can certainly say that thats booooring |

yup can find retail on some sites but.can i play with my half life cd key or do i need a new one especially for cs 1.6 .i am confused in that part :S |

Download steam from their site (steampowered or something).
Create a Steam account.
Add you Half-Life CD key to your steam account (you can do it in the options somewhere if i remember correctly)
*EDIT* "Games" -> "Activate a product on Steam..."
Now you go to "My games" and download Counter-Strike (This is done through steam).
Go play.

what is non steam mean? and also i m looking to play CS multiplayer mode is there any online link to see step by step to begin game...? |
