of course it goes slow cuz its taking 200 screenshots per second,
aspect ratio must be "standard" even if u r playing on a widescreen monitor, and at least a hint: there's a reason why everybody chooses 1280x720 and not fullscreen, first if you are gonna render an avi with vdub its gonna be like playing crysis on c64 - impossible, possible tough, but keep in mind that u r rendering a high definition movie and it will take a lot of power and time finishing the job. 2nd 1280x720 looks decent enough if u r using the right codec, i recommend x.264
ps: use 120 instead of 200, i guess you arent very much into moviemaking atm so its probably the best choice and you still get a decent movie, and i think you wont recognize any difference between 200 and 100 cuz at least, it will be interlaced anyway, it just looks smoother, not too much , but a lil bit

I wouldn't use 1280x720 if I'm honest. I'm no movie maker, but when I've tried making quick clips I've not been able to cut any of the other bits out, such as the promod version that appears top right. Someone who can actually make movies will be able to give you a better opinion, but I'd use something like 1280x1024.

the reason i use 200 is audio is slightly off if u use 120. Using 200 means the audio and video sync perfectly.

Befor I recorded @ 1280x1024 fullscreen 1 and that taked long coz 1 fps. but now i try to record in fullscreen 0 but The weapon looks so gay in r_custommode 1280x720 and i want it to look good

yes, make your screen res bigger than ingame res so 1600x1200 screen res. Then make your game res 1280x1024, done!

Ooh thanks for that, I was wondering why my audio goes out of sync even though I've synced it perfectly... fuck 200 though, takes the piss, Ill just stretch the audio so it's synced.
