Hi, first, hope u can excuse my english, I know it's not good but I'll try my best.
Well, I'm creating this topic to see if I can get some help, it's about a videofrag project, the main problem is, I have a demo where a promod match is played, good til there, but when I set my graphics to high, commands like:
sm_enable 1
cg_fovscale 1
And others like those, are forced to "promod's paramaters" coz the match has been played on promod, even I set pam4 as main mod folder to convert the demos to .avi vídeo.
Well those things are 2 of a lot, but this is just what I'd like to fix, let's say that what I'm trying to make, is "force" sm_enable 1 and cg_fovscale 1, with that, I think I'd be thanked, thank you for everything. |

devmap and bind those commands to something. u have to press the bind every round for fovscale etc as it resets each round.
bind F6 "r_normalmap 1; r_desaturation 0; r_specularcolorscale 5; r_smc_enable 1; cg_fovscale 1.125; sm_enable 1; ui_hud_hardcore 1"
is what i have for example :) |

#7 I didn't make such thing, I just added the bind:
bind [KEY] "r_normalmap 1; r_desaturation 0; r_specularcolorscale 5; r_smc_enable 1; cg_fovscale 1.125; sm_enable 1; ui_hud_hardcore 1"
To my config_mp.cfg and just pushing the key which assigned it works, did u try with that? |

I will use this topic to make another question, I just know to convert my demos to video by using Fraps, because I don't know how to make it with cl_avidemo, I readed about that command, /cl_avidemo 125, well, I would really like to know how to do it, but how to record the sound, coz I know the graphic part, but how the hell I'm supposed to extract the sound? xD hehe thank you again guys. |

Ok then I'm supposed to record the sound from Fraps, and extract the video from cl_avidemo X, well, Sony Vegas was not a big deal for me, so I know a little bit about videoediting with programs like those, so, thank you again for help me out, I've loved the good "vibrations" in this forum, it's really nice knowing good people around here.
#12 Thanks :) |
