before the little "research" [r_lodscalerigid at 4; gives a fps-boost of approx. 7% compared to 1; as every league uses a different setting for this just put in what you need - 2 is the "options>gfx>model detail low"-setting]

Even if everyone has it set to 100 the game will only recognise the highest (or possibly the closest) divisible integer of the maxfps, in your case, 83. |

u use hax and sprint would give u uber advantage..so for u disabled:P
