Seriously, why change the game? There was no problem whatsoever with the fov or bobbing. The game just looks retarded with the "fixes". And you say the fov system can be fixed by setting the fov value to 71.1...
(Left = promod, right = pam4)
Seems like you changed the amount of zooming in also...
Though, looking at those other fixes, it looks just great. But why "fix" something that isn't broken?

Requires better aim to shoot with the new FOV as the targets are smaller, even when zoomed in, which is a good thing imo |

my mod was gunna be fixes, when raf took over becuase of his extra ability he took the mod one step further and made improvements on the stock game.
but yes, like raf said, there are fixes aswell as improvements. don't get the two confused. |

That sound fucking arrogant, u know everyone will use promod as it is community choice to use it in major cups and lans, so dont talk like that. There is no choice now. PAM is dead.

Maybe if you play on 800x600 it might suck on a small monitor

raf, you still didn't answer my question. What were the reasons to change the game as there was no problem with the original fov/bob-system? I think it's sad that a good mod is ruined by some features that make the game look retarded. Exactly, you read it right, a good mod. I am not saying this mod would be bad, but features like these aren't making it better. |
