What would you prefer?
- COD2 voice and know when the bombs planted
- Original voice which tells you ''your the only one left, finish the mission soldier'' when you are in a clutch and u cant hear a thing
- No voice, and suddenly realise the bomb is planted and u only have 20secs left?
Also, the +5 and +2 make it easier to see of you killed someone, imo a good feature, which has just been brought back, and should stay. |

You're never going to please everyone. But I think the majority are happy how it is.
You never know in the future when Raf is less busy with bugs and stuff he may make it toggable for these options.
As for now just enjoy it :) |

its very hard to toggle them, the game doesnt like sending any personal data to the server at all (as far as cvars, etc, go)

tried it last night and i really liked it, was sceptical about the fov but only took a while to get used to it and its much better now imo. The sprint bob still looks a bit odd to me but thats probably cos i havnt played uo in an age :x

Well theres nothing wrong with that cod2 voice, its actually fine and better then no voice or that shit voice from the beginning.
And yes, in some situations its possible that you didnt realise the bomb was planted. Or at least you realise it a bit too late to make some action. |

I can understand ppl playing with SMGs using fov 80 or 90, but with snipe its not so needed, and fov 65 is right for that. |

I'm not a native CoD player and I've always had an issue with the fixed fov, games like ET and Quake III use a fov range between 90-120 and playing CoD doesn't do wonders for my eyes.
Larger fovs mean you see more and you need better and more precise aim to kill, but even then you can still use your precious '65' so I can't see why you've any justification to whine.
More choice = better! |

Sotka, Shooze were also not so happy with the new fov, and they are not the only one... and SO, even if we are the only one talking about it, whats the problem? Do we talk "omg remove fov 90 cos we dont like it" ? NO! We just want back damn fov 65. Someone is playing with fov 70 OK, 80 OK, 90 OK, no problemo, but when someone is playing with 65 then u see a lot of bullshit talk like "why someone would play with fov 65" ffs.
Noone force u to play with different sensitvity, or with graphic setting, so dont force us to use different fov, is it so hard to understand? Its like i would put some cmds in mod to make everyone use best graphic in the game and play with bad fps, or use sensitivity 30.

No, it mean u see more around u, but not far from u. And i cant use 65 fov, cos its now 73.

played 3 matches last night with promod final. I fell in love instantly. FoV was great, reg was even better. Thanks raf for putting so much effort in this, and for not stopping even though there are so much haters around! |
