Also it should be mentioned, that those prizes CAN change if they dont get enough signups.. So make up your mind and get your team to sign up! The sooner the better..
ps.
There will be lots and lots of beer.. =)
There is one 200 meters from where the LAN is held. It is brand new and quite cheep compared to other Danish hotels, as far as I know.

I have no idea about the quality of these hotels, but now you can search a little for yourself.
But! - It takes 40 minutes from Copenhagen Mainstation by bus and/or s-train. So.. finding hotels/hostel almost anywhere in Copenhagen is an option, as it seems to be rather easy to get there by public transport.
If you google up some hotels/hostels for yourself, use this page: www.rejseplanen.dk (travelplan.denmark) - to see what kind of public transport you can use to get there and how long it takes. Copenhagen isn't hard to navigate with public transports! :)
edit: to dial danish phonenumbers use 0045 / +45 :)

I've seen both the rooms at Zleep and Lautruppark, and they are of good standard.
Since my university is nearby the Ballerup Super Arena, I've driven by there countless of times. And it is easy to get there by public transport.
The nearest S-train station is Malmparken, which is maximum 1 km. away from Ballerup Super Arena. Busses go by the station and the Arena every 10 minutes in regular weekdays between 12 and 15:00. In weekends I think it is every 15 or 20 minutes.
i dnt get it
anyway.. looks good :) nice country!
