when you press sprint, you do a set amount of sprint then have to press it again, if you're sprinting and see someone, then press shoot, it takes a little time to stop running before your gun reacts, in which time you've been dicked by [BFA] Lt. Crystal.

If you could shoot whilst running it'd make the AK47 far more weighted in contrast to the smg classes.


so what u want is to make the smg class even more overpowered @ small maps?

That was a bit vague, but in my mind i meant every class other than smg would be able to run / shoot ( but with decreased accuracy ).

Could even make the shotty more viable.

Though I would love to see it for all the guns, just like in UO, its so annoying that u have to wait to shoot after u stopped sprinting.

oh i read the post
but it wont be possbile to do it only for 1 gun...
and even if i would have read it like 10 times it was still vague as someone said
but my bad in misunderstanding
and yeah that could prob be good if it worked
making the shotgun a more viable weapon
but on the 47 i just dont know
it already has the superior acc, range and firepower

ur faster with it yes
but u cant compete longrange versus a 47 tbh
try placing urself in caf @ crossfire with the 74 and someone up in corner with the 47 and see who dies 9/10 times

M16, MP44 & MP5 are not swaying by default. So People may start to use it a lot more because of this advantage.

AK47 & AK74 are swaying by default. The AK47 would not be a laser gun anymore and AK74 would become less effective at long range.

i guess you have 250 fps, want stock ak74u, maxpackets 3.5, get hardly any gun smoke so want that back and also you want to play vacant.


Woaaow, I would have not imagine that an english guy couldn't read his own langage...

My point was to get rid of the noswayfix so the AK47 and (especially) the fucking AK74 would be harder to aim. And people who would still prefer to have nosway may use MP5, M16... So maybe more weapons diversity in the game.

My last sentence was supposed to mean that the sway bug wasn't really noticable with the default sway (of couse it was noticable when increasing the sway hugely).

But I could guess it was a bad idea already ;)

The AK74 is the worst weapon ever, it should have been removed at the start like in autsralia. I also hope the promod to limit fps at 125 and to add cl_maxpackets 125 if the 1.8 patch (which allows it) is ever released.

So no, I don't want anything of what you stated before.
