NoClip "Question" Again

I know there are many Threads related to "noclipping" in cod4, but i didnt find this answer in the ones i looked into. Please help :)
I only want "ONE" player just standing in the middle of a map. Is it necessary i should call a friend and record it? Isnt there any way that I, Myself stand in a position, then i noclip from that position and record myself??
sorry if it has already been discussed, i didnt find it.

not to anywhere near the freedom of movement you need or get from noclip.
