Creating a cracked cod4 promod server?

Hi.
I would lke to make a promod server to train nades on and play some pcw's on.
only prob is..
i dunno how..
i searched on the internet.. and i got my server on..
but now i need:
info about a server.cfg.. what does it, where to place it, how to make it.
and how can i install promod on the server?

you dont mean cracked you n00b, you just want to setup your own server and dont even bother setting up your own server, cause you will have ping 1 and the others will have 100+
