Cod5 gametype?

When looking at cod5, i get mixed feelings.. its either gonna be great or its gonna be shit! but looking at the maps i dont really get the idea the game is made for SD but that doesnt make it a bad game. Maybe its time for changes and new things, try playing sabbotage or (day of defeat gametype)its actually alot more exciting and even more tactical than sd, so instead of just focussing on sd we should just wait and try the game and see whats best? I doubt the gameplay is gonna be bad/worked out poor, so the potential is there and looking at the previews i actually can see it work.. I just have my doubts about sd! Discuss :D |

a guy in another thread came up with the idea of making all weapon's unscopes much more accurate than they are
the more i think about it the more im beginning to like it...
if cod5 is at least playable then leave it with the least changes possible
if its shit then tweak it like hell, change the gameplay completely, find a suitable gametype and let's push the competitive cod somewhere else then the shit stock game for masses |

There has always been an SD mode in call of duty series , iam too used to it by now. SD rocks ,its fact. Played every single call of duty. Leave it like that everythin else could be shit. Well anyways if there wont be any SD mode i gonna quit call of duty , i always had problems with configs fps hardware and so on. Iam really tired of that stuff.People with big PCs and well equipment do have an advantage , that people with med PCs dont have so I personally think its kinda unfair , coz it all depends on fps ( which depend on your hardware ofc.) and gamin gear. I actually do have good equipment but i dont get stable fps and if i see ppl with stable 250 fps on highest graphics they do have an advantage i will never get.

Hmmm i think SD is better, CTF is nice for quake etc. SD is more spectacular, which i think is one of the reasons why cs & cod are this popular in esports. |

CTF might be good but I'm afraid people liked it in cod2 because they've played SD for years and CTF was something new. I think you'll get bored of CTF faster than with SD |

The main thing I like about SD is its very easy to follow as a spectator, and events are more dramatic
With respawns, and people all over, its going to be less exciting and more confusing |

let's be honest, how many people actually "spectate" these games? who cares about making the game something that it's not, it's been tried for years to make cod series competitive and to be the team game to replace cs, it won't ever happen. may aswell play a mode thats actually FUN. CTF might not be the answer but the dod-like mode seems more fitting and fun. means there is less camping possible, just give it a try and play something different, afterall do u really want another cod4? mind u this game mite be totally shit anyway, but we'll see. |

indeed p_tea. i think so aswell there wont be competitive cod with respawns , coz it actually gets confusing. but well we shouldnt worry too much coz its just a game. Remind that. Can help. =) |

well i think SD MUST be in cod5 its the important thing in cod and Without SD we dont have cool Lan party's And the Money :) so i want SD ( CTF Domination HQ) its all good but nothing special for in a war.
