IEM EU Championship Finals - Introduction

Welcome to TEK9's coverage hub for the $9,000 Intel Extreme Masters European Quake Live Championships. The tournament sees Europe's best duellers go head to head to compete for six coveted spots at the Global Finals in CeBIT in March. Dreamhack champion Maciej "av3k" Krzykowski stands as the favourite but almost every player in attendance will fancy their chances of taking home the top prize.

The action kicks off today at 14:00 CET with live games from the group stages on ESL TV. Fan favourites James "2GD" Harding and Joe Miller return with a low quality stream available for free or a high quality version available for ESL TV subscribers (details here).
