With a total prizepot of close to $27,000 USD (£15,000), the first season of the UK ESL Pro Series looks to be a great competition, with the most respected names from the UK competing for the biggest prizepot in an online CoD competition to date.
Among the qualified team's are PC Gamer Showdown finalists Team Dignitas and Reason Gaming, and UK topteam Team Infused, who managed to impress at the recent Summer LAN's. Dangerous outsiders for the top spots are TheLastResort, Made in Drabble and Team Sypher, who finished at a respectable 7-8th place at the Multiplay i34.
The prize distribution for the ESL Pro Series UK is as follows:
