It's been two weeks since TEK9Cinema released their latest fragmovie.
But today we would like to present you "luckeR - Too Lucky".
As the title says you will see some insane shots and nice multiple man-takedowns agains Europe's Best.
Statement by sotka:
"In the end of April lucker came to ask me if I could do a fragmovie for him. Of course I accepted the request, knowing how good frags he would have =)
After four weeks of hard work, I finally managed to finish the movie. It wasn't an easy project for me, but it was very rewarding at the same time.
I would like to thank all the people who helped me in making of the movie, and especially lucker, who provided me with some amazing frags. I hope you like the movie!"
Statement by luckeR:
"I'd like to express my thanks especially to sotka, who put the effort to the movie and cooperating with him was just superb. Frags are particularly with AK47 and scope. Don't expect to see many kills with AK74 hence I'm the one who would like to see no such a gun in this game. I hope you'll like it and wish you have fun." |

insane frags, the editing looked a bit sloppy , with the bottom cut off with a border but the edges of teh hud still showing, coulda used commands to get rid of that. music wasn't my taste,

Was asking just a same question if someone would have uploaded it to some other ftp. Boring to wait like 6 hours with speed of ~15-20kb/s when I could dl this in like 40 mins with normal speed... |

it's impossible to remove the hud in cod4, besides that great movie sotka (didnt see it but i doubt its much different from the beta), already gave u feedback earlier soo i'd say 7/10 for sotka and 9.5/10 for luckers frags, <3u |

Since sotka wants to know why its good/bad, ill tell you!
PERSONALLY I liked the effect when your screen "shaked" a bit, you used it like twice.
Also the unscopes and multiple kills were nice.
There were no boring parts so it stayed interesting until the end. |

Could of used more syncing, but the last song was definately a step in the right direction. Plus i think cutting the frags and adding fastforwards / slomo before / after frags could of helped to speed it up, because sometimes felt pretty slow. Otherwise not much to fault, v nice job |

I thought the movie was excellent - The quality compared to the size/length was very well done. The song choices were uncommon and they sync'd "ok" with some of the frags although it may have been really hard with the choices you made.
A few comments above mention the rough edges such as hud could have been removed. I'm not 100% sure whether it's possible, but could improve the overall quality if you're being really picky.
Editting wasn't overdone, and cut scene's showing luckeR move into various positions weren't tedious. Intro was well made and for once the font used wasn't some "standard shit" that makes the movie look tacky.
I guess if you really wanted to improve, you could have maybe highlighted a certain frag, whether it be lucky or a very skillful clutch and put some nice editting around it. f.e. bullet animation etc.(although this isn't exactly innovative...) Also as mentioned above, working with a player like luckeR is absolutely fine, but an idea could be taking frags from a clan and working on a clan montage which would be nice to see and give you options such as dual screen to outline team work.
Overall I really enjoyed it, and must say it deserves alot of the ratings its getting.
