About the size: I already said it be prepared movies will get bigger in the future x264 is almost the max compression value ppl say it won´t get much better than x264. The movie was recorded in a real high resolution and you said the quality is "crap" for that filesize ffs its not!
Reason for filesize:
1) 50Fps
2) really high quality.
60mb/min is a lot , that´s right but you won´t get real high quality results under 50mb/min even with x264 @ 50fps
Whocares if its 720 mb in size when almost everyone has 10+ mbit connections and there are good mirrors? I downloaded the video in 4 or 5 min from the ninthgaming svr so where´s the problem to wait? You can smoke a cigarette , make coffee or get a shower during that time
About the colors: Well it was actually dark but too dark..? maybe just a bit.. depends on your screen i have brightness of my screen on 50% and it was still

Because of x264 films dont HAVE to get bigger, because of x264 films can get SMALLER because you get better quality out of every byte. And yes I know the film is rendered in a high resolution, but that still doesn't justify _8_ Mbps, and for that I think the the quality is bad, considering how high the bitrate is, this is 1 MB per second we're talking about. (Plus that, I can't see the reason for using 50fps when rendering, it really doesn't give you much.)
Yes it was TOO dark, these are just 2 frames (of many scenes) quickly extracted.

just want to add:
i spent a lot of time and tryed to do something special with quality ( it could be shame didnt try to make a very high render quality after i used 1600x1200 and avidemo 200 when recorded frags ) a lot of movies 6-7 minutes long have 300-400 MB and its ok for you ? use simple math.
And if you have bad internet or something you can always watch a stream like i guess you always did
No, 400 MB for a 7 minute film is NOT ok. Another film to compare with is AuroraBorealis, used the same width, but a little less in height, it used 6 Mbps (which really is too high as well), and if you compare the two film the 2 extra Mbps on this one doesn't give a noticeable difference. With 1280x* and x264 you really could try to push it down to 5Mbps or under, it's such a great codec that it can still look good.
its like you can download some dvdrip and blame everyone for downloading or making dvd/bluray quality with: why its so big, dvdrip have good quality also! etc
Intro: 9/10. I really like the Muse breako RMX song, very good musicchoice for it ;) maybe a bit to dark because the burning text didn't come out that good. But liked it ;)
frags: 9/10. Very nice, maybe the 1 kills didn't belong in it. Too bad about the sniper fix imo. Really like the concept that a lot of people who normally never got a chance to get in a good fragmovie now are in one, has to done more imo.
music 8/10. Like i said in the intro, the 2nd song was great, about the rock music (i'm a metal loved) but in movies i like more trance/techno i don't know what music but no rock :p Good choice about the rock music tbh, only the outro i didn't liked.
colors 9/10. Really liked the sky effect you were trying to do, maybe some things were strange because of that, the smoke which was close to the sky had a green shine :p Like that you try new things etc, colors were good, maybe a bit too dark.
sound 9.5/10. Good synced, liked the shoutcast part from 'TosspoT', you have to do that more, gives it a +1 to the movie tbh :p
quality: 10/10. Don't care about the filesize, can download enough/month, so bigger filesize when you want better quality, ok 4 me :). Nothing to add.
outro 8/10. Maybe i'm one of a few who didn't liked it, didn't like the proning person, for the rest, nice to put in some TK's at the end, still is enjoying where in other movies the outro i simple and i don't want to watch it anymore.
overall 9/10. It was amazing and one of the best CoD4 movies, it gets +1 for me because it's a community movie and that's what i like. Why not 9,5/10 or something? Because I know you're next movie is gonna be better, so that's why I keep those points for the next movie :p Really enjoyable, keep up the good work mazarini, waiting for next movie from you :D

I'm actually better without the sniper fix funnily enough.
Maybe it's just cause other people are worse without it but ever since promod I can hardly snipe no more lolz.
EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS POST: Loved all the songs except the last one which made me groan, metal again? Keep 'em coming Maz :)
