Although we are already nine days into the 2011 year, I tasked myself with creating the similar (and more expanded) awards as we had last year. However, this time around they will not be called the Heaven Media Awards, as TEK9 will be the only site handing out awards for now. Therefore, I would like to heartily welcome you to the TEK9 Awards of 2010.
We have a whole bunch of awards to hand out, with most of them obviously being based on Call of Duty 4. Quake Live has not been overlooked either and on the final page, you get to see some of the more general awards of the year 2010. So I can do nothing more but to implore you to spread the word and get as many votes in as possible.
Do not hesitate to enter your opinion on who should win the various awards either, however, try to restrain yourself from mutilating all those users who prefer a different player, team, event, movie to the one you chose. The polls can be found below each Nominees list and have been opened from today, you have until Wednesday January 19th to take your pick and can only vote once in each poll, so make sure your opinion is set in stone before you press the button.
I thus welcome you once more to the TEK9 Awards of 2010 and will be eagerly awaiting the results of these polls, just like most of you reading this. Let us rejoice in congratulating the most celebrated players, teams, events and/or movies of 2010 but at the same time be overall pleased with everyone who made it into the nomination list.

aNimus got called cheaters by many before their 4th position at CiC7 where they proved that they aren't just onliners and raised to the top which made both him and his team a rising player/team of 2010

and no one even heard of froz at the start of 2010, its not about what the person is at the end of the year, but how the person rose from day 1 till day 356 and from unknown to 1 of the best teams in about 5-6 months is deffo the person who deserves to win it the most
